When students look at the expert lecturers in Integrative Nutrition’s curriculum, it’s easy to feel a little awestruck. They seem like paragons of health and success.
However, it’s important to remember that many of them didn’t start that way. As you embark on your journey toward greater health and happiness, keep in mind that all of these impressive wellness visionaries took that same journey—and that, ultimately, the journey never ends!
Integrative Nutrition lecturer Andrea Beaman is a perfect example. Though today she is a prolific author and TV host of the award-nominated TV series Fed Up and has a thriving Health Coaching business, that wasn’t always the case. In fact, not long ago, she worked a corporate job and had a serious thyroid disorder and her doctor recommended that she undergo radiation treatment!
In this video, Andrea shares her story of how she found Integrative Nutrition, healed herself, and switched careers to inspire others on their own paths to holistic wellness.
