How to Be Happier with Visiting Teacher Gretchen Rubin

Are you an “abstainer” or a “moderator”? Are you an “obliger”? And what do any of these things have to do with your health and happiness?

These wise words from IIN visiting teacher Gretchen Rubin hit at the core of what Integrative Nutrition calls primary food. Good health is more than what you eat and how much you weigh; it’s also the quality of your relationships, career, exercise routine, and spiritual routine.

2014: A Year of Success, Adventure, and Growth at Integrative Nutrition

What a year it’s been! As 2014 winds down, it’s the perfect time to reflect on where we’ve been and what we’ve accomplished in order to set our intentions for the coming year. It’s been a wonderful 12 months of success, adventure, celebration, and ongoing growth for Integrative Nutrition and our incredible community. Together we are spreading a ripple effect of health and happiness that is transforming the world!

Our mission is simple: to create a ripple effect of health and happiness that transforms the world. To that end, IIN Founder Joshua Rosenthal is a frequent world traveler, eager to spread this mission and build personal connections with Integrative Nutrition’s ever-expanding global student body.

Last week marked a new and exciting destination in Joshua’s travels: Buenos Aires, Argentina! A small group of graduates met with Joshua for an intimate meet-up in the Palermo Soho apartment where he stayed.

Absolutely! I was dealing with so many of my own demons when I enrolled in the Health Coach Training Program, I had no idea what my health coaching future would hold. I just knew it was time to start living again and my hang-ups on food were holding me back in all areas of my life.
