Recipe: Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients:
10-ounce package silken tofu
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3 teaspoons tamari
Directions:
  1. Whist together the tofu and olive oil until a mayonnaise consistency is reached.
  2. Add the herbs, vinegar, salt and soy sauce.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate.
