Recipe: Olive Paste

Ingredients:
8 ounces of your favorite olives
1/4 block soft tofu
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 scallions, chopped
Juice of lemon
Directions:
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and purée.
- Season with sea salt and pepper if desired.
