Job: Founder and CEO of Purely Elizabeth. When I was a child I wanted to be CEO of Disney World.

Favorite foods: Purely Elizabeth granola, of course! I also like kale salad with avocado and hemp seeds.

Wildest dream: To start Purely Elizabeth.

What I love about health coaching: I loved seeing clients get healthy and excited about change.  It was so simple to see changes after one little adjustment in their life. Nutrition is the foundation of how we function. It plays such a crucial rule in how we think, feel and interact.  It has made such a profound effect on my life.

What I love about Integrative Nutrition: Integrative Nutrition gave me the confidence to do anything I put my mind to and made me realize that we have one life to live so do what you love.  I think I'm doing that right now. It was everything I was searching for—nutrition education, business support and a like-minded community.

About My Practice

How my life has changed: I am doing what I love everyday. The freedom to do what I want, when I want and have it be meaningful and aligned with my values and passions.

How I am making a difference in my community: I'm hoping that our products help people to see that “healthy food” can be delicious so they can transfer from the standard American diet one food at a time. We are also involved in giving back to the community through different non-profits.

My greatest success so far: Getting Purely Elizabeth off the ground and into one store.  Even if I do nothing else with the company I feel like I have succeeded.

My favorite inspirational quote: - “One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well” —Virginia Woolf
