Delicious Vitality
Class of 2003

Q: Why did you decide to attend Institute for Integrative Nutrition?

A: To expand my ability to help people transform their health. I was working as a private chef and food educator, but found I was working with people who were already very ill. I wanted to help people get healthy before they wound up in the hospital, and to help make a BIG difference  in the health of THOUSANDS of people.

Q: How has IIN transformed your life?

A: I have the ability to inspire and teach people how to love living a healthy lifestyle. IIN gave me the confidence to get out and start changing the world!

Q: Why do you recommend IIN?

A: IIN gives you everything you need to start a fulfilling, passionate, game-changing career. The staff and teachers are world-class and the education is totally unique… you won't find a program like this anywhere else. You'll get continued support on growing your business and making the education into a career, should you choose.  I even enrolled my mom, and am thrilled with my career since graduating from IIN. IIN is the best investment in my education I ever made.

Q:  What have you been up to since graduating?

A: I was featured in the Oscar-nominated documentary Super Size Me. I appeared on Oprah and CNN, and was featured in Gourmet Magazine, Marie Claire, The New York Times, People, and on MSNBC.com. I authored The Great American Detox Diet, Living Vegan for Dummies, and Vegan Cooking for Dummies.  In addition to Delicious Vitality, I am also the creator and director of Week in a Weekend and Women: Food, Money & Sex Academy. I have worked with hundreds of clients and lead groups through food-based detox programs and individuals.
