Job: Founder and CEO of Clean Plates

My Wildest dream: To be a famous actor, though I wanted to be a famous doctor when I was a child!

Favorite foods: Dried mango and broccoli.

What I love about Integrative Nutrition: They offered such a diverse group of incredible teachers. The school offers the perfect blend of practical philosophy and incredible community.

About My Practice

My specialty: Helping busy executives gain better eating habits, bigger perspective and less guilt. Clients get practical tools to easily and enjoyably implement healthier eating into their lifestyle.

My favorite juicy question to ask my clients is: Why do you think it is that you do that?

How my life has changed: I am now doing something I am passionate about. Health coaching and my work with Clean Plates fulfill me on so many levels. I feel as if I am providing a service that enables people to change for the better.

My greatest success so far: Launching my first book, Clean Plates NYC.

In the future, I see myself: Having a global media company that positively impacts the world.

The message I want to get out: Eating and living healthier is easy and is a means to living to your fullest potential.

My favorite inspirational quote:Every day, think as you wake up, I am going to benefit others as much as I can.” —Dali Lama
