Job: Director, Park Avenue Integrative Medical Specialists
Favorite foods: Fresh figs and fresh organic greens from my garden.
Favorite activity outside of work: Natural horsemanship. In addition to my health work, teach natural horsemanship and equine assisted learning
Health concerns I've cleared up: Quadrupled my energy by eliminating gluten. I’ve also overcome hormonal imbalances with proper nutrition.
Nutrition education is important because: Food is fuel. It provides abundance and energy. Nutrition is the foundation of life.
What I love about Integrative Nutrition: Kinship with like-minded souls! IIN nourishes me and all those I seek to serve. It has allowed me to do the work I was meant to do. I have integrated all of my life's passions, gifts and talents to benefit and improve the lives of others.
About My Practice
My specialty: Individual and family life and health coaching. I help clients find emotional, physical and spiritual balance, as well as general wellbeing. I meet them where they are and then we fly!
My favorite juicy question to ask my clients is: How can I best support you?
How I am making a difference in my community: I work with families to find healthy emotional as well as physical solutions to their life challenges. I founded a nonprofit called Good Company NY to support students, parents and teachers here and around the world.
My greatest success so far: I have had many! The launching of an Integrative Medical center is an important success. So is the completion of my second book, and the honor of winning the IIN 60 Day Costa Rica Challenge!
The message I want to get out: We are all connected. We are all interdependent upon one another for our survival. Want love? Give love!
My favorite inspirational quote: “Kindness is my religion.” — Dalai Lama
