Job: Health Coach, Author and Television Host.

Childhood ambition: To be a television host and producer.

Favorite foods: Superfood smoothies and kale.

Favorite activity outside of work: Yoga and hiking.

Wildest dream: It isn’t so wild at all—it’s living the life I have now.

Nutrition education is important because: It helps to bring out the best in you, to find your fullest potential as a human being. It’s helped me heal my issues with self image. Which has helped me to stop thinking and start living.

What I love about Integrative Nutrition: The community. Knowing that I am not alone in this dream. I feel more confident about myself.

About My Practice

The top three results my clients get from working with me are: Energy, happiness and creativity. I love teaching people to live a healthier life in a fun and easy way.

My favorite juicy question to ask my clients is: What are you doing to achieve your dreams?

In addition to seeing clients, I also: Write and host segments on nutrition on radio and television stations.

In the future, I see myself: Today is my future. I try and live it the best way I can.

The message I want to get out: Be happy, eat healthy foods, exercise and the rest will come along on its own.

My favorite inspirational quote:When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all of your thoughts break their bonds. Your mind transcends limitations; your consciousness expands in every direction; and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world. Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive and you discover yourself to be a greater person than you ever dreamed yourself to be.”   ― Patanjali
