Job: Holistic Health and Life Coach
Childhood ambition: To be a secretary, just like my mom.
Favorite foods: Homemade mashed artichokes with organic blue corn chips and coconuts!
Favorite activity outside of work: People watching.
Wildest dream: To contribute positively to cable television by sharing my message with passion and authenticity.
What I love about Integrative Nutrition: The primary food concept spoke to me and I loved the guest lecturers. The school’s unique approach just makes so much sense. It's what helped me to stop seeing food as an enemy.
About My Practice
My specialty: Self-Care and self-leadership. I help clients gain self-love, reduce their stress and anxiety, increase their awareness of their inner power and potential. I use the concept of primary foods as well as the combination of health and life coaching.
My favorite juicy question to ask my clients is: If you had all the time, energy and money to achieve your goal, what would you do?
In addition to seeing clients, I also: Speaker for Women in Cable Television’s (WICT) Rising Leaders Program, facilitate group programs and webinars and teach IntenSati.
What I love about what I do: It honors my value of freedom while at the same time making a difference in the lives of others. Win-win!
How my life has changed: My relationship with myself was once my biggest challenge. Now, however, I am no longer battling bulimia and now see myself, and the world, through a whole new set of lenses. I can truly say that I'm receiving the highest quality of nourishment from all areas of my life.
How I am making a difference in my community: I frequently speak at non-profit organizations, rotary groups and am heavily involved in the South Jersey Wellness Board.
My greatest success so far: Creating a Wellness Program for WICT's Rising Leaders Program, which I present twice a year (in Florida and Southern California) for women executives in the cable and media industry.
In the future, I see myself: Creating a healthy global impact through the web and television.
The message I want to get out: Self-love is the key to freedom.
My favorite inspirational quote: "If we treated our friends like we treat ourselves, we'd all go to jail." —Anonymous
