Job: Wellness Director and Yoga Teacher.

Favorite food: Chips and hummus. Lentil soup.

Favorite activity outside of work: Collaging and jewelry making

Wildest dream: Moving to a beach in South America and making a living from teaching yoga and selling my handmade jewelry.

Health concerns I've cleared up: IBS and my anxiety disorder. The right food fuels and nourishes our bodies and minds!

What I love about Integrative Nutrition: It's the only school that teaches nourishment on all levels (not just through food). IIN’s philosophy encompasses everything, which is the key to good health.

About My Practice

My specialty: Coaching those living busy, stressful lives and those who may suffer from stress and/or digestive issues. I help them gain an understanding of how food effects their bodies and minds, a decrease in stress by learning to breathe and learning how to make time for themselves and knowledge of how to prepare simple, healthy recipes.

What my clients love about my program: I teach them easy recipes and simple exercises to incorporate into their daily lives.

My favorite juicy question to ask my clients is: Are you happy with your life, your career, and your significant other?

How I am making a difference in my community: I offer a healthy happy hour once a month with my other two business partners. This helps us spread the message of health and wellness.

My greatest success so far: Running a successful corporate wellness program!

In the future, I see myself: Writing a cookbook of super simple healthy recipes and teaching large groups of people about health and wellness.

The message I want to get out: That being healthy is possible for all of us simply by implementing tiny daily efforts.
