Job: Lactation Consultant, Holistic Family Wellness Coach

Favorite foods: I love dates. And sprouts

Favorite activity outside of work: Reading and singing. When I was a child, I wanted to grow up to be an Opera Singer. I also wanted to marry a prince.

Nutrition education is important because: Nutrition is the foundation and expression of how we choose to live our life.

What I love about health coaching: I grow and expand with every woman that I work with. This has shown me that we are able to achieve our best life if we just listen.

About My Practice

My specialty: Breastfeeding, starting solid foods, maternal wellness and family nutrition. Clients gain confidence, self-love and perspective.

My favorite juicy question to ask my clients is: What do YOU think?  What do YOU feel?

In addition to seeing clients, I also: Run seminars at daycare centers, educate Health Care Workers, consult for the IBLCE international exam committee and enjoy time with my family.

What I love about what I do: I was unfulfilled and overwhelmed in my work. I was exhausted and struggling with my own digestive health. And I knew that mothers needed support at a level that I was trained to give them.  Now I am energized and fulfilled!  I have found balance with family, work and myself.  I experience energy with all that I give, rather than draining my energy.

How I am making a difference in my community: I am supporting mothers and educating health care workers to build a base of healthy eating from the first stages of infancy.

My greatest success so far: Moving to Greece and building my beautiful family, my beautiful career, and my beautiful life.

In the future, I see myself: Stepping into the IIN community as a resource for infant and toddler feeding and breastfeeding.

The message I want to get out: Parenting should not be motivated by fear. Parenting should be motivated by love.

My favorite inspirational quote:It is one of the most beautiful compensations of life, that no man can sincerely try to help another without helping himself.”  —Ralph Waldo
