    Food Babe, aka Vani Hari

    Vani is an American author, blogger, and food activist. Vani is known for her thorough investigation of food labels and online petitions to help the public become aware of what’s really in their food. She identifies harmful agents, unhealthy ingredients, and GMOs in popular foods, and has successfully campaigned to change the ingredients in several big name companies, including Chick-fil-A, Subway, and Kraft.


    David Katz, MD, MPH

    David is a renowned expert on weight control, nutrition, and preventative medicine. Dr. Katz is the founding director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center and an associate director of nutrition science at the Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity. He is the author of The Flavor Point Diet and the Flavor-Full Diet, and is a medical contributor for ABC News, The Huffington Post, and The New York Times. He has appeared on most major television news programs and talk shows in the U.S., and is a frequent guest on National Public Radio programs around the country.


    Geneen Roth 

    Geneen is the author of New York Times bestsellers such as Women Food and God and Breaking Free from Emotional Eating. Her books were among the first to link compulsive eating and perpetual dieting with deeply personal and spiritual issues that go far beyond food, weight, and body image. She also conducts workshops and retreats nationwide on issues of self-esteem, eating, diet, and intimacy.
