A Holistic Approach to Nutrition

As a student of Integrative Nutrition, you will receive the most comprehensive education in holistic nutrition that exists. During your yearlong training, you will learn about more than 100 dietary theories. The curriculum covers topics such as deconstructing cravings, emotional and compulsive eating, blood sugar and glucose, metabolism, healthy digestive system function, family nutrition, and much more.

Diets are not one-size-fits-all, so Integrative Nutrition teaches a highly individualized, client-centered approach to health. You will learn to support your clients in achieving all of their goals in fitness, health, relationships, and career.

Earn While You Learn

As part of your education, you will receive business training to learn how to build a thriving health coach practice. Half way through the course you’ll receive a certification to begin seeing clients. Many of our students earn back their tuition even before graduation!
