How much does it cost to attend?
You might expect to pay $1,000 or more for an exclusive event like this, but we're making the Mega Conference free for IIN students and grads. It’s our present to you for all of your hard work, passion and dedication.
Where and when will the 2012 Integrative Nutrition Mega Conference take place?
The conference will take place just 30 minutes outside of LA at the Long Beach Arena in Long Beach, California on Saturday, March 3 from 10am to 6pm and Sunday, March 4, 2012 from 10am to 5pm PST.

What will the weather be like?
The weather is expected to be sunny with highs in the 70’s, give or take a few! But of course, please check the forecast before packing.
How do I register for the conference?
Register NOW: visit your Student Dashboard then click the link under your photo. Registration may close at any time as we reach capacity, so do not delay registering and planning your trip.
Is there an agenda available for the conference?
We are hard at work creating an amazing weekend for you and will be able to provide an agenda the week before the conference. You will receive an email with this information and it will be posted on the Integrative Nutrition Mega Conference OEF.
When will I receive my ticket?
After you complete the online registration process, you will see a confirmation screen. Print this screen, then cut along the dotted line. THIS IS YOUR TICKET. You will also receive an email with your ticket attached that you can print later. You must bring your printed ticket along with a photo ID to be allowed entry.
When you check in, you will receive a name badge holder to put your ticket in. Please cut your ticket along the dotted line in order to place it in the holder. You will need to wear it to be allowed entry into the seating area.
How can I connect with other IINers before the conference?
Login to your Student Dashboard and select the OEF tab. You will gain access to the Integrative Nutrition Mega Conference OEF one business day after you register. You can also join our Facebook Live Events Page!
How will I be able to find other IINers in Long Beach?
We suggest that you wear red so we can identify one another! A scarf, a bag, a hat––make it fun. Consider wearing red on the plane, at the conference and even in the evening. Let’s get connected and paint the town red!
Will meals be provided?
Meals will not be provided. However, the convention center will be selling healthy food options. We have also put together a list of healthy restaurant choices in close proximity to the arena, along with a few parks in case you want to take your lunch outside!
Can I bring a guest to the conference?
As of now, the conference is only open to IIN students and graduates. We encourage you to use this unique and intelligent community to make new friends, reunite with old buddies, be one another’s health coach, network, share and develop business ideas… and maybe even find a business partner!
If I registered for the conference, but now I can’t attend, how can I cancel my registration?
We are sorry to hear that you will not be able to join us but we understand (and the people on the waiting list will thank you!). To cancel your registration, please submit an inquiry through the Support tab on your Student Dashboard. Select “Conferences and Live Events” as the Inquiry Type and “Cancellation” as the Issue. Please cancel by 11:59 pm EST on February 24, 2012 to avoid incurring a $75.00 cancellation fee.
