About My Practice

My specialty: Interactive nutrition for current and former athletes, NFL Alumni and the sports fan community. Clients reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes, weight loss and reducing aches and joint pain. I love seeing my clients integrate good nutrition into their own lives and reach their goals.

What my clients love about my program: The simple, interactive cooking of delicious, healthy meals made with whole foods, the personal attention to help my clients reach their goals and my passion and enthusiasm.

My favorite juicy question to ask my clients is: Based on everything we've discussed today, what was most valuable for you?

In addition to seeing clients, I also: Deliver interactive speaking engagements on good nutrition and simple cooking, write nutrition books, produce videos and market healthy food products.

What I love about what I do: I love the positive commitment and energy of working with the former NFL players as they implement good nutrition into their lives and reach their personal goals.

How my life has changed: I totally live the life of my dreams, with my passions of healthy food and sports, especially NFL football.

How I am making a difference in my community: I am guiding former NFL players and their fans to live longer, happier lives. Plus, I'm getting kids who love sports to also love healthy food.

My greatest success so far: Becoming the first Official Health & Wellness Partner of the NFL Alumni.

In the future, I see myself: In my Experience Nutrition television show with the NFL Alumni. It's so clear!

My favorite inspirational quote: "Do what you love. You will be successful, whatever you do." – My Mom
