About My Practice
The top three results my clients get from working with me are: Weight loss, better digestion and better sleep. My clients love that my program fits them perfectly—it's highly individualized. I am goal-oriented so I love it when my clients reach their goals or have a huge a-ha moment.
My favorite juicy question to ask my clients is: Why is it that you want to reach your goal? What does it mean to you?
How I am making a difference in my community: My clients are able to impart the knowledge they gain by working with me to their friends and families, creating a healthy ripple effect throughout the community.
My greatest success so far: My first client cleared up her digestive and sleep issues in no time flat.
In the future, I see myself: Being a full-time Health Coach and opening a health retreat where people can go to relax and eat nutritious meals.
