Job: Nutritionist and Health Counselor. President of the Canteen Council of the European School in Brussels.

Childhood ambition: I was a high jump athlete and I dreamed of going to the Olympic Games.

Favorite snack food: Olives and tamari-coated hazelnuts. I love brown rice congee with coriander.

Wildest dream: Seeing the 3000 children of the European School eat a fresh, unprocessed, organic, mainly vegetable-based diet.

Biggest challenge: Making teachers, parents and children realize the importance of healthy school food.

Health concerns I've cleared up: It is definitely one of the doors to enter the house of wellbeing and evolution. I have strengthened my digestion thanks to John Douillard's ayurvedic tips.

What I love about Integrative Nutrition: : Although I had studied Nutrition for years, my other degrees didn't give me the confidence required for counseling.

There is so much energy in the whole program that it is almost impossible not to create the ripple effect in the world.

About My Practice

My specialty: I help people build a sustainable relationship with healthy food. Better understanding of food, digestion and the ability to read their body’s signs. The email follow-up they get.

My favorite juicy question to ask my clients is: What is your regular breakfast?

In addition to seeing clients, I also: I work in a school food program that feeds 3000 kids. I just published my first book and have two more in progress. I consult for a trendy gourmet food restaurant in my area and am working on an ultra healthy breakfast menu.

How my life has changed: IIN has given me the energy and skills to move forward with all my pending projects.

How I am making a difference in my community: Most people are so lost choosing their food that they are always happy to meet someone who has clear ideas about it. This happens everywhere: at my practice, in the school where I work, at diner parties, at the gym and even when shopping.

My greatest success so far: Making my own children understand and love healthy choices.

The message I want to get out: Building a sustainable relationship with healthy foods makes your life so much more whole and easier.
