    When did you decide? 

    I want to be healthy.

    You answered:

    Lots of times over the years. Thirteen months ago, I committed to doing something about it. Haven't looked back since! – Suzanne P.

    After a few false starts, about three months ago I hit the ground running... and it feels great. I think it's always going to be a bit of a juggle, but I feel well equipped to stay on top of it now. – SWELLmom

    I always thought I ate healthy until my husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor. After doing extensive research, which lead me to IIN, the tumor has stopped growing. Doctors are amazed. – Christine S.

    After I had aspartame poisoning in 2010 that mimicked MS for over a year. I stopped using artificial sweeteners and a week and a half later I was fine!     January of 2000, when I weighed the heaviest I have ever weighed and every activity made me out of breath and nauseated. Went on weight watchers and started running and just kept on running. Two half marathons and 60 pounds lighter and never looked back! – Nili S.
