At times, you may feel like your hormones are “raging.” You may also blame your mood swings, irritability, fatigue or bloated stomach on PMS or just accept them as part of life.

Did you know that many reoccurring issues we experience related to hormones don’t have to be the norm?

Hormonal imbalances affect people of all ages and ethnicities, and can drastically impact our emotional, physical, and mental health. In this course, you’ll receive an in-depth overview of various foods, lifestyle modifications, testing options, supplements, and stress management techniques to detoxify the body and support hormonal health from a bio-individual perspective. You’ll learn how to help your loved ones, your clients, and yourself achieve better sleep, reduced stress, improved digestion, stabilized blood sugar, relief from PMS symptoms, enhanced focus and clarity, and increased energy.

This course is the go-to guide for hormones in one place.

What You'll Learn

Introduction to the Endocrine System

Your endocrine system contains a collection of glands that produce hormones, which play a major role in processes like metabolism, growth and development, sexual function, reproduction, sleep, and mood. We’ll provide you with deep dive into the nine major glands in this system, including the adrenal and thyroid glands, which impact various areas of your life.

Understanding Hormonal Imbalances

We’ll provide you with a comprehensive overview of the most common hormonal imbalances people experience and why they tend to occur. From headaches and skin rashes to acne, mood swings, and migraines – the symptoms of hormonal imbalances and be many and different for everyone! You’ll learn to recognize these symptoms and guide your clients in knowing what red flags to look out for.

Maximizing Nutrition for Optimal Hormone Function

We know food has the power to heal, but discovering which way of eating works best for you and your needs is key to overcoming hormonal imbalances. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of how macro and micronutrients, special diets, herbal remedies, and supplements can be integrated into your daily routine to give your mind and body what it needs to thrive.

Women’s Health

While an entire module of this course is dedicated to men’s health, a large focus revolves around the multiple stages of women’s lives – from puberty and reproduction to menopause, you’ll receive valuable tools to help you support women with imbalances that might be resulting in irregular periods, weight gain, mood swings, fertility concerns, and more.

Supporting Hormonal Health for the Long-Haul

Aside from food, stress, environmental toxins, and genetic mutations can throw our hormones off balance. In this course, you’ll understand how to promote vibrant health through diet and lifestyle adjustments, along with knowing when it’s time to seek medical help and explore testing options. This course will provide you with lifelong tools you need to balance your hormones and heal your health.
