To celebrate the launch of the new [Integrative Nutrition plate](http://blog.integrativenutrition.com/2012/10/introducing-the-integrative-nutrition-plate-and-photo-contest), we held a contest asking people to share a photo of their healthy plate. We received so many great photo entries, full of colorful, nutritious, and delicious food! There’s [no one-size-fits-all diet](https://www.integrativenutrition.com/blog/2013/03/notes-from-iin%E2%80%99s-founder-why-it%E2%80%99s-ok-to-quit-being-vegan-or-macrobiotic), and it’s clear that each person experimented with fresh, whole foods to find what works best for them.

Below are the photos of the three winners. They will receive a Whole Foods gift card and a copy of *The Omnivore’s Dilemma* by Michael Pollan. Thank you to everyone who participated in the What's On Your Plate? Photo Contest!
