[VIDEO] Should We Return to the Wild?

Are the bags of broccoli, kale, cauliflower, and cabbage in your refrigerator short-changing your health? This might sound crazy at first – after all, cruciferous vegetables are widely known to be some of the most nutritious foods on the planet. 

Yet according to Integrative Nutrition visiting teacher Daniel Vitalis, the produce we find in the supermarket is far from “natural.” A pioneer of the “ReWilding” movement, Vitalis teaches that domesticated species of food are less nutritious than wild varieties.
