IIN Spotlight: Sandy’s Answer to Chronic Pain and Depression
A note from Joshua Rosenthal:
Please give a warm welcome to Sandy Martin, an inspiring graduate I’m thrilled to introduce you to today. She created the career and life of her dreams and started changing the lives of others after attending the school.
What was your life like before IIN?
Before I began my journey with IIN, I was working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I motivated others to get moving, but it was clear that it wasn’t enough to make a dramatic change.
What brought you to Integrative Nutrition?
People were telling me they were still unhappy with their weight, in chronic pain, or struggling with depression.
I quickly realized exercise was just a small part of achieving optimal health. This is when I learned about IIN. It was the missing piece in my mission to help people feel good and truly live a healthy life.
What happened from there?
While attending IIN, I learned a wealth of knowledge far beyond basic nutrition guidelines. I learned how every person is unique and there isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to health.
By being exposed to lots of different guest speakers and their dietary expertise, I was able to learn how to help people from all walks of life.
How would you describe your experience with Integrative Nutrition?
My experience with Integrative Nutrition and Joshua was life changing. It has empowered me, not only to regain my own health, but to establish my own successful business helping others to do the same.
Whether it’s reaching someone through my health blog or working one-on-one with a client, IIN has given me the ability to change lives for the better.
