We have a very exciting announcement today!
A core tenet of our curriculum is that learning to cook high-quality foods for yourself and the people you love is one of the most important things you can do for your health.
That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce you to Integrative Nutrition Recipes, a blog devoted to healthy recipes straight from the kitchens of Integrative Nutrition students, grads, and visiting teachers.
Many people are really intimidated by cooking. They think it takes too much time, energy, and effort, or they don’t know where to start. The thing is, you don’t need to be a gourmet chef to feed yourself and your family in a nourishing and convenient way. All you need is an arsenal of tasty meals you can turn to time and time again.
These delicious and easy recipes cross the nutritional spectrum, from gluten-free to vegan to paleo, and everything in between. There’s no one-size-fits-all diet, so we’re committed to helping you find the recipes that work best for you! We’ll be updating the site regularly, so please check back to see what’s good and new.
