Frequently Asked Questions About Learning Center Migration

1. How will I know when I’ve been migrated?

After your course has been migrated, you’ll immediately receive an email from our migration support team that includes a link to set your password on the new Learning Center. We’ll also follow up a few hours later with a reminder to check your spam folder for the migration email. Once your course is migrated, you’ll see a notice on the old Learning Center that will remind you where your course moved to.

 

2. What if I didn’t receive a migration invitation?

Go to https://iin.edlumina.com and click Forgot Password. Enter your email address, and we’ll send a link to reset your password.

3. How do I log in to my new Learning Center?

Go to https://iin.edlumina.com and enter your email address and NEW password.

4. What if I don’t know my NEW password or my password doesn’t work?

Go to https://iin.edlumina.com and click Forgot Password. Enter your email address, and we’ll send a link to reset your password.

5. What if it says my email address is not valid?

Try using the email address where you received your migration notification. If you don’t have access to that email, please contact our Student Success team to update the email address on file so you can log in.

6. When will I be migrated?

All Health Coach Training Program courses will be migrated between November 6, 2018, and March 14, 2019. A reminder will be sent one week before your course is migrated.

The following advanced courses will be migrated between January 10, 2019, and March 14, 2019:

  • Advanced Business Course July 2017
  • Advanced Business Course September 2017
  • Coaching Mastery Course October 2017
  • Hormone Health Course August 2017

A reminder will be sent one week before your course is migrated.

7. What if I am taking an advanced course?

If you were in:

  • Advanced Business Course July 2017
  • Advanced Business Course September 2017
  • Coaching Mastery Course October 2017
  • Hormone Health Course August 2017

Your course will be migrated to the new Learning Center and you will continue to have access to your materials until one year after your graduation date. Please note that when you are migrated, you will have access to the most up-to-date version of the course, which may differ slightly from the version of the course you took. Any module progress previously completed will not carry over. In most cases, your Health Coach Training Program (HCTP) course will be migrated first and your advanced course will be migrated later. There may be a short period where you will use the old Learning Center to access your advanced course materials and the new Learning Center to access your HCTP materials.

If you were in:

  • Launch Your Dream Book Course June 2017

Your HCTP course will be migrated, but your Launch Your Dream Book Course will not. You will be able to sign into the old Learning Center to access your Launch Your Dream Book Course materials until November 16, 2018.

  • Advanced Business Course January 2017

Your HCTP course will be migrated, but your Advanced Business Course will not. You will be able to sign into the old Learning Center to access your Advanced Business Course materials until December 21, 2018.

  • Advanced Business Course April 2017

Your HCTP course WILL be migrated, but your advanced course will NOT. You will be able to sign in to the old Learning Center to access your Advanced Business Course materials until March 15, 2019.

If you were in:

Your HCTP course WILL be migrated, but your advanced course will NOT. Access to your course materials ended one year after you graduated.

 

8. What email address should I use to log in to iin.edlumina.com?

You should use the most recent email address on file with the school to log in. This should be the address where you received the notification that your course will be migrated. If that doesn’t work, try the last email address you used with us.

9. What do I do if my invitation has expired?

The email invitation will expire in 48 hours. After 48 hours, you will need to request a password reset email.

10. What if I forgot my password?

11. What if I no longer have access to the email account where the invitation was sent?

12. Why are you migrating?

IIN is dedicated not only to your health and happiness but also to your success as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. We are constantly improving the experience for both our students and graduates, and we work hard to ensure that the tools and support we provide are the best of the best.

The new platform is easy to use and navigate, functions across multiple devices, and is used by learning institutions worldwide – three amazing and important reasons why we decided to upgrade.

13. Is there an app for the new Learning Center?

At this time, your alumni materials are not available on an app.

14. What if I never received an invitation?

If you haven’t received an invitation, first check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders. If you can’t find the invitation, click here to request a new one. If you still do not receive an invitation, please contact the Student Success team at support@integrativenutrition.com.

15. Why does it say “Reset my password” if I never set one?

Once you are migrated, the system will assign a random password. To set the password to something you know, you’ll need to either click the link from the invite email within 48 hours or request a new password.

16. Why isn’t my password the same on both Learning Centers?

Passwords aren’t synced between the systems. You are welcome to set your password on the new Learning Center to the same password you used on the old Learning Center or you can use something different.

17. What if I already have an account with the new Learning Center?

If you already have an account using the new Learning Center, you will not need to do anything when you receive the email. You can simply log in to the new Learning Center, and once your account is migrated, you will be able to view the alumni materials by clicking on the course name in the upper left corner and selecting the Health Coach Training Program (HCTP) course name from the drop-down menu.

18. Can I use both platforms at the same time?

In some instances, students will briefly have access to both platforms at the same time. This will only happen for students who are taking an advanced course on the old Learning Center and whose Health Coach Training Program course has been migrated to the new Learning Center. Once your course has been migrated, you will only be able to access it on the new Learning Center.

19. I still owe money. Where can I pay my bill?

Your payment schedule will move when your course is migrated. Once your Health Coach Training Program course is migrated, you’ll start managing your account from the new platform. You will no longer be able to access your billing information in the old system. Once your course is migrated, you should log in to the new Learning Center and verify that your payment information is correct.

20. What will happen to my account on the old Learning Center?

Once all your courses have migrated, your old Learning Center account will be turned off. Please save anything you need before migration as we do not have the ability to turn it back on. All grades have been saved to a database, and official transcripts can be ordered ($10/each) from the Academic Progress page of the new Learning Center.

21. I paid my bill in full. Why does it say I’m in collections?

Unfortunately, data sometimes is migrated incorrectly – we are sorry for the inconvenience. If you believe you are incorrectly in collections, don’t panic. Please reach out to our Student Success team at support@integrativenutrition.com. They will manually review your account and make any necessary updates.

22. The balance on my account is wrong. How do I fix it?
