Where and when will the conference take place?

How do I purchase tickets and register for the event?
Look out for an email in your inbox inviting you to this live event. To register for the event, visit the website and select Live Event Registration.
After you’ve purchased your ticket, you will receive an email with your confirmation. Please bring a print copy or have email confirmation of your ticket when you come to the event. There will be staff checking tickets and credentialing attendees when you arrive onsite.
Should you not be able to join us live, there will be a livestream available for purchase that you can register for, stay tuned for more details on how to register for the livestream.
How can I connect with others before the conference?

I purchased a ticket for the event, but now I can’t attend. How do I cancel my ticket?
You cannot cancel your ticket. Tickets are nontransferable.
Which airports/hotels do you recommend?
Airfare and hotel costs vary, so check sites like Expedia and Kayak as well as individual airline sites for the most competitive airline rates. The airport closest to the event location is Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Airport.
WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO PARK IF I AM DRIVING TO THE EVENT?
The Lincoln Road corridor offers the highest concentration of municipal parking options in all of Miami Beach. There is a parking garage (Pennsylvania Garage) with 550 spaces on the west side of the New World Center, connected to the building by a covered pedestrian walkway. Rate
s for that garage are set by the City of Miami Beach at $15.00 flat special event rate or transient rates of $2.00 per hour. Within reasonable walking distance there are the following municipal parking garages:
• 17th Street Garage, between Pennsylvania and Meridian Avenues – 1460 spaces $15.00 flat daily and special event rate or transient rates of $2.00 per hour.
• 18th Street and Meridian Avenue – 886 spaces, $15.00 flat daily and special event rate or transient rates of $2.00 per hour.

What is the livestream option for this conference?
Should you not be able to join us in person, we are providing an option of enjoying conferences via livestream from the comfort of your home. To purchase tickets for the livestream, visit the website and select Virtual Access. An email will be sent to you prior to the conference with instructions on how to access the livestream from your computer/device.
Will the presentation be available to view after the event?
To ensure our community in all time zones can be part of our event, we will deliver the replay as a link to view to ticket holders for a select period of time.
Please look out for your email following the event and we will be providing information on how to gain access to view the video.
Will I be able to pause the livestream?
No, the livestream will be running in tandem and broadcasting live with the event programming.
What do I do if my livestream is freezing or not loading properly during the conference?
The first thing to try is refreshing (or “reloading”) the web page.
If refreshing doesn’t fix the issue, try closing your web browser completely and reopening it.
You can also try using a different web browser. While the livestream should work on all web browsers, make sure you’re using the most recent software update of whichever browser you choose.
For best results, make sure your Internet connection is strong.
Try switching the viewing quality from high to medium or low. (This setting is on the lower right-hand corner of your screen.)
What do I do if I can see the livestream playing but can't hear anything?
Please make sure your computer is playing audio properly. Try playing a YouTube clip, a song on iTunes, or something else that you know has audio you've heard before. If your test plays audio correctly but you still can't hear the livestream, please try the suggestions in the previous answer.
If you can't hear the audio playing during your test, there must be something wrong with your audio setup. Please check your volume level and make sure the volume is not muted or turned down too low to hear. Please make sure you have speakers plugged in. If there are headphones plugged in, please make sure you are listening to them. If you can't determine why the audio is not playing, try restarting your computer completely.
Then only open YouTube, iTunes, or a file that you know has audio you've heard before. Your audio should play properly as long as you have nothing else open. Once you have a successful audio test, try playing the livestream again. Now the audio should play correctly.
What are the covid protocols for the event?
As of March 21, 2022, masks are no longer required at the New World Center. NWS encourages guests to continue to wear masks as an added precaution. Guests are also no longer required to provide a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination for entry to the New World Center.
