New Era Health FAQs
Who is invited to New-Era Health?
New-Era Health is open to students, future students, and graduates of the Health Coach Training Program and their guests.
Please note: All guests must be at least 18 years of age.
How do I register and what tickets are available for purchase?
Registration is open to all IIN students, future students, graduates, and their guests. Tickets are available here. You can choose between the VIP Experience or General Admission pricing options and select a package that suits you best! Tickets will sell out quickly and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The General Admission ticket includes event admission and access to the sponsor and merchandise booths.
The VIP Experience ticket includes expedited check-in, event admission, reserved seating in the front section of the theater, and a private networking happy hour, where you’ll have the opportunity to connect with the event speakers and fellow VIP guests. You’ll also receive a special VIP swag bag full of IIN merchandise and gifts from our sponsors.

Will meals be provided?
Beverages will be included, but meals will not be provided as part of the event.

I purchased a ticket for New-Era Health but now can’t attend. Can I cancel my ticket?
We’re sorry, but tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be canceled or transferred.
What about airports?
The three major NYC airports are John F. Kennedy (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA), and Newark (EWR). There are also bus and commuter-rail options.
What should I bring to New-Era Health?
Please bring a copy of your event ticket and photo ID.
Can I take photographs and videos at the event?
While we don’t want you to record the whole event, we do encourage taking and sharing photos and brief videos. Be sure to tag #NewEraHealth2019 on social media!
Will there be a livestream or replay?
Unfortunately, we will not be live streaming or replaying this event.
