How The Circle of Life Exercise works:
Click to place a dot within each section to mark how fulfilled you feel in that area of your life. Ask yourself questions like, Am I satisfied with my relationships? Am I happy in my career? Is my health where I want it to be?
A dot placed towards the center of the circle indicates dissatisfaction, while a dot placed towards the outside indicates satisfied and fulfilled.
Once you’ve placed a dot within each section, fill out the form and click 'Show Me My Circle’ to connect the dots and see your unique Circle of Life. All sections must have a dot in order to proceed.
This exercise is a valuable tool for better understanding your unique needs and how to find balance when you’re feeling stuck.
Rate your current level of satisfaction in each of the following areas of your life. Ask yourself questions like, Am I satisfied with my relationships? Am I happy in my career? Is my health where I want it to be? The left side of the bar represents least satisfied and the right side most satisfied.
