Where and when will Transform Health take place?

The conference will take place in the Frederick P. Rose Hall at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City on:

Saturday, October 12, 2019, from 8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern Time

The primary entrance for Frederick P. Rose Hall is located on the corner of West 60th Street under the Jazz at Lincoln Center marquee. When you enter, take the elevator to the 5th floor.

How do I register and when is the registration deadline?

How can I connect with others before the conference?

Easy! Connect with your fellow peers on the IIN Live Events Facebook page. You can connect in your class Facebook group as well, but the Live Events page is where IIN staff will be posting. Use hashtags #IINLive2019 and #TransformHealth to participate in the conversation on Twitter and Instagram!

We suggest that you wear something red so we can identify one another! A scarf, a bag, a hat – make it fun. Let’s get connected and paint the town red!

 

I registered for the conference, but now I can’t attend. How do I cancel my registration?

As a reminder, if you’ve registered but can no longer attend, please reach out to events@integrativenutrition.com by Friday, October 11. Although registration is free, if you do not attend, a $50 no-show fee will be charged to your credit card.

I just registered – was my credit card charged?

No. While this information is required at the time of registration, your card will only be charged if you do not attend the event. Once you register, you cannot transfer or cancel your ticket.

Which airports/hotels do you recommend?

Airfare and hotel costs vary, so check sites like Expedia and Kayak for the most competitive airline rates. Click here for a list of hotels close to Jazz at Lincoln Center. The three closest airports to the event location are John F. Kennedy International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, and Newark Liberty International Airport.

How can I get to Jazz at Lincoln Center from my hotel?

By subway: Take the A, B, C, D, or 1 train to 59th Street/Columbus Circle.

By bus: The M5, M7, M10, M11, and M104 lines all stop within one block of Jazz at Lincoln Center.

What is the livestream option for this conference?

The livestream will be available from 10am to 5:30pm Eastern Time on both Saturday, October 12, and Sunday, October 13.*
To watch IIN Live 2019, follow the directions below:
    Once the conference has begun, log in to the Learning Center and click Livestream in the Main Menu. Then press Play.
    The livestream will be available through the Learning Center website. The livestream works great on both desktops and mobile devices using Chrome, Firefox or Safari browsers and can be accessed by logging in to iin.edlumina.com.

Please note: There will be no livestream from approximately 12:30pm to 2pm Eastern Time each day.

Will the presentation be available to view after the event?

To ensure our international community can be part of our event, we will deliver the replay as a video on demand (VOD) between 12pm Eastern Time on Monday, October 14, and 5pm Eastern Time on Friday, October 18. Videos/replays are not available after those times. Please arrange your schedule accordingly.

During the replay period, anyone who received an invitation to this event will receive an email with the link to replay. By clicking the link, you will gain access to view the video.  

Will the presentation slides be available to view after the event?

Yes, the presentation slides will be uploaded to the Connect page of the Learning Center after the event and will be available for three months.

Will videos be available to view after the event?

Our events are live and videos are not available after the event with the exception of predetermined replays. We encourage you to arrange your schedule accordingly.

What do I do if my question was not answered on this site?

Why wasn't I invited to a conference?

If you weren't invited to a conference just yet, don't worry. Every student will be invited to attend at least one live conference. We will keep you posted via email about our live events, so stay tuned!

WILL I BE ABLE TO PAUSE THE LIVESTREAM?

Yes and no. You will be able to pause the livestream; however, when you restart, it will jump to the live broadcast and you will miss anything that occurred between the time you hit pause and the present.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY LIVESTREAM IS FREEZING OR NOT LOADING PROPERLY DURING THE CONFERENCE?

  • The first thing to try is refreshing (or “reloading”) the web page.
  • If refreshing doesn’t fix the issue, try closing your web browser completely and reopening it.
  • You can also try using a different web browser. While the livestream should work on all web browsers, make sure you’re using the most recent software update of whichever browser you choose.
  • For best results, make sure your Internet connection is strong.
  • Try switching the viewing quality from high to medium or low. (This setting is on the lower right-hand corner of your screen.)

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN SEE THE LIVESTREAM PLAYING BUT CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING?

Please make sure your computer is playing audio properly. Try playing a YouTube clip, a song on iTunes, or something else that you know has audio you've heard before. If your test plays audio correctly but you still can't hear the livestream, please try the suggestions in the previous answer.

If you can't hear the audio playing during your test, there must be something wrong with your audio setup. Please check your volume level and make sure the volume is not muted or turned down too low to hear. Please make sure you have speakers plugged in. If there are headphones plugged in, please make sure you are listening to them. If you can't determine why the audio is not playing, try restarting your computer completely.

Then only open YouTube, iTunes, or a file that you know has audio you've heard before. Your audio should play properly as long as you have nothing else open. Once you have a successful audio test, try playing the livestream again. Now the audio should play correctly.
