Deanna Minich, PhD
Dr. Deanna Minich is an internationally recognized teacher, scientist, author, and speaker. She has developed an online course for health practitioners and currently sits as faculty for the Institute for Functional Medicine and the University of Western States. Dr. Minich has over 20 years of experience in nutrition and functional medicine, including clinical practice, research, product formulation, writing, and education. She teaches a whole-self approach to nourishment and works to bridge the gaps between medicine, science, spirituality, and art.
Jazmin Alvarez
Jazmin Alvarez, a 14-year veteran of the fashion and beauty industry, is the founder and CEO of Pretty Well Beauty. After identifying a lack of clean beauty products available to the masses and a disparity in how they were marketed to people of different backgrounds, races, and ethnicities, she sought to change the industry. For the past decade, Jazmin has been a leading and trusted clean beauty advocate, gaining experience through her own use of clean products. She seeks to educate others on the importance of clean beauty and how it can play a key role in everyday life.
Patricia Moreno
Patricia Moreno is the trailblazing founder of spiritual fitness and creator of the intenSati method. She’s an international speaker and has been featured in Vogue, Oprah, and Shape. Patricia combines over 20 years of experience with her expertise in movement, mindfulness, and spirituality to help people challenge their limiting beliefs, detach their worthiness from their weight, and create a loving inner narrative that helps them lead fuller lives.
Christine Dimmick
Christine Dimmick is the founder and CEO of The Good Home Company, the author of Detox Your Home, and a public advocate for health and wellness. She’s been featured in Oprah and InStyle, and her products have appeared on the TODAY show. Christine pioneered the movement to combine natural ingredients and true-to-life scents in cleaning products over 20 years ago in her NYC kitchen, and she’s been sharing her mission to bring health and wellness to the world ever since.

You’ll also be introduced to what detoxing really means and how IIN’s signature approach to health and well-being will give you the tools you need to truly “live clean.” We’ll provide you with a solid foundation of what to expect and how the content will inspire you to shift your mind-set and make positive changes in your everyday life.
Nutrition: Reduce Toxins and Replenish with Nutrients That Protect the Whole Body
When it comes to food, there’s more to it than just “eating clean” or consuming organic whole foods. In this module, Dr. Deanna Minich will teach you a step-by-step approach to shifting the way you view and think about food. You’ll feel confident knowing how to nourish yourself with foods and supplements that energize you physically, mentally, and emotionally – and you’ll understand how to make healthier choices that are right for you.
