Module 1: Set the Foundation for Holistic Health
The first module is all about setting you up for success – from learning how to use the online learning platform to understanding how the course is structured and what you’ll gain by the end of it. You’ll be introduced to IIN’s definition of whole-person health and the value of personalizing your approach based on your individual needs. (We call this bio-individuality!)
Module 2: Physical Health: Nourish Yourself
In this module, we’ll focus on three core elements of physical health: nutrition, sleep, and rest. You’ll understand not just how but why you can build a healthier lifestyle that works for you and your unique needs as they shift over time.
Module 3: Mental Health: Support and Strengthen
Today, more people are focusing on the importance of mental health as chronic stress, and symptoms of anxiety and depression, grow more and more prevalent. You’ll learn strategies for processing emotions and relieving stress that promote long-term health and happiness, no matter what challenges you’re facing.
Module 4: Emotional Health: Connect and Cultivate
Connecting with emotions is a true superpower that allows you to understand yourself and others better. Your relationship with yourself is the most important one you’ll ever have, and it’s the foundation of your social relationships. In this module, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of your emotions and experiences and learn how to nurture and strengthen your relationships with others.
Module 5: Spiritual Health: Move Forward with Greater Purpose
In order to show up as the best version of yourself, spirituality is more important than ever. Tuning in to who you are, creating meaning, and connecting with your purpose in life will help you move forward with greater health and happiness. You’ll be guided to build a strong spiritual foundation that aligns with where you are right now.
Module 6: Empower Yourself
As you reflect on what you’ve learned throughout this course, you’ll be empowered to continue integrating these powerful whole-person health concepts into your daily routine. You’ll also be equipped to continue supporting yourself, your loved ones, and your clients in building a personalized holistic approach to well-being.

Earn Continuing Education Credits
Whole-Person Health is officially recognized by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) for continuing education credits, which means that if you’re a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), you can earn 4 credits to renew your board certification status by successfully completing the course! This is yet another pathway for you to grow your skill set and enhance your credibility as a Health Coach while achieving greater success in a rapidly growing field.
