What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition? 

Just months before IIN, I can admit that I was living life on autopilot, where I was simply trying to make it through each day as a mom, wife, and employee of someone else’s dream business.

How did your life change after enrolling?

For once in a long time, I was focusing on my life, health, and goals. Putting myself first and setting aside the time to focus on IIN empowered me more than any book or inspirational talk could do!

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I used to work in communication and events, often pushed my body to its limits (too much coffee, no sleep, cigarettes, and a constant focus on work), and ignored the messages it was trying to give me.

How did your life change after enrolling?

180 degrees! I completely changed careers at age 35 and recently decided to launch my own health coaching business. I am still at the beginning but can already say that I have never felt any happier.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition? 

Prior to enrolling with IIN, I was working full-time as a social worker, providing care management services to the elderly and people with various disabilities.

How did your life change after enrolling?

After enrolling with IIN, my life became extremely positive, uplifting, and personally fulfilling. I have a renewed excitement for my life, and I'm looking forward to endless possibilities!

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

Personal trainer and being a mom.

How did your life change after enrolling?

I learned a lot of new diet theories and lifestyles and how to coach, and I mainly reinforced a lot of knowledge that I had learned previously in my background.
