2014: A Year of Success, Adventure, and Growth at Integrative Nutrition

What a year it’s been! As 2014 winds down, it’s the perfect time to reflect on where we’ve been and what we’ve accomplished in order to set our intentions for the coming year. It’s been a wonderful 12 months of success, adventure, celebration, and ongoing growth for Integrative Nutrition and our incredible community. Together we are spreading a ripple effect of health and happiness that is transforming the world!

Here are a few of the highlights that have made 2014 so remarkable:

January: Integrative Nutrition holds a meet-up in Toronto, Canada that brings together graduates from across North America. This kicks off a year of adventure and world travels!

February: Founder Joshua Rosenthal launches the third edition of his book Integrative Nutrition: Feed Your Hunger for Health and Happiness that includes the latest research in nutrition science, food politics, and the international health crisis.

March: The international tour continues! Integrative Nutrition holds a conference in Sydney, Australia, bringing together 800 students and grads from Down Under for an amazing chance to learn, connect, and inspire.

March: On the other side of the world, Integrative Nutrition holds another conference in New York City, bringing together over 1,000 students and featuring luminaries Arianna Huffington, Deepak Chopra, and more. 

May: The newest edition of Integrative Nutrition receives the Independent Publisher Book Award in the Heath/Medicine/Nutrition category. What an incredible honor!

May: Integrative Nutrition holds another conference in New York City, featuring leaders Dr. Mark Hyman, Marie Forleo, Dr. Lissa Rankin, and more. These speakers expand the breadth of the IIN curriculum.

July: Integrative Nutrition launches its new online learning platform, the IIN Learning Center, an app that syncs across devices and makes studying more flexible than ever before.

August: Integrative Nutrition announces a new partnership with California Institute of Integral Studies, allowing graduates to earn six advanced credits towards a Masters Degree in Integrative Studies.

October: Integrative Nutrition holds a new Launch Your Dream Book Course for graduates, empowering everyone with an interest in writing to become a published author.

November: Integrative Nutrition holds its final New York City conference of the year, featuring the inspirational Dr. William Davis, Jennifer Esposito, Nina Planck, and more.

December: Joshua connects with IIN’s ever-expanding student body and meets with graduates in Buenos Aires, Argentina for an intimate and inspirational meet-up.

As we wind down this year, the Integrative Nutrition community has expanded to over 58,000 students and graduates in 123 countries across the world. These people are doing incredible work in their homes, schools, workplaces, and communities to improve health and happiness, one person at a time. They inspire us every day!

We can’t wait to see what 2015 brings. Here’s to a healthy, happy holiday season and fruitful New Year!
