What if your work was your life and your life was your work? Look no further than Eve Kessner, Class of 2011. This SoulCycle instructor, Health Coach, writer, and most importantly, mother of two wears many (healthy!) hats. She combines her numerous wellness passions into an exciting and meaningful career.
This February, let’s give some extra love to those who need it most. I’m thrilled to announce our newest charity drive: let’s share the love! You pick one of three causes, and we’ll make the donation!
At Integrative Nutrition, we’re committed to supporting organizations that are aligned with our mission and core values. We’re in this together to change the future of health and wellness. That’s why we have a strong focus on charitable giving, and support organizations that are doing great work. This month we’re thrilled to support:
We’re continuing our celebration of Integrative Nutrition’s new Launch Your Dream Book Course, which empowered over 200 graduates to publish their first books. Last time we shared all the nutrition and healthy eating books that were published from course participants.
This week we’re excited to feature all the books related to Disease Care and Management. If you’re struggling with your own health issue, or you’ve ever dreamed of writing a book about overcoming or thriving despite a diagnosis, we hope they inspire you to pursue your passion! Check them out below.
Joshua Rosenthal, Founder, Director, and Primary Teacher, of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, shares his wisdom about creating a healthy, happy life that helps transform the world.
As Valentine’s Day approaches, it’s a great time to think about the love that’s in your life. Not just romantic love, but also the connection you have with your friends, family, colleagues, and even pets. We all have a need to give and receive love. Love is food for the soul. Love nourishes the body, mind and spirit.
Many of us think of Valentine’s Day as a holiday of romantic love. But as February 14 approaches, what if we all shifted the focus of Valentine’s Day to an equally important form of love – loving yourself?
Integrative Nutrition visiting teacher Nitika Chopra believes that the most important relationship is the one you have with yourself. For her, love means “being at peace” – feeling aligned with your true passion and knowing that you are being your most authentic self.
Watch below to hear how loving yourself can help you achieve your dreams and live a happier life!
Have your instincts ever told you something was wrong? No one knows more about the importance of listening to your gut than actress and Integrative Nutrition visiting teacher Jennifer Esposito.
Jennifer suffered from health issues ranging from rashes to anxiety her entire life, yet she failed to get the help she needed from medical professionals. It was only when she found a doctor who truly listened that she was finally able to identify the root cause of her symptoms: celiac disease.
Jennifer is now not only a strong advocate for celiac awareness, but supports everyone’s right to be heard and get answers. Get inspired by Jennifer’s fighting spirit – watch this interview with her below!

Joshua’s on the move again! With travels taking Integrative Nutrition’s founder, director, and primary teacher Joshua Rosenthal all over the globe to meet with students and graduates, his latest destination took him from the snowy streets of New York City to the warm beaches of sunny Miami, Florida!
On Monday, January 26, Joshua met with more than 100 students and graduates from across the Miami area at the W Hotel South Beach for a day of connection, inspiration, and community. It was an extra special event because Joshua was celebrating his birthday with the company of his mother and father!
Courtney Kohout, Class of 2014, was one of the graduates in attendance, and her feedback was that the day was one of connection, collaboration, and inspiration:
Earlier this month we announced that January 12th-18th received congressional recognition as Health Coach Week, and wow, we were amazed by the response! The week was a virtual celebration of joy, pride, and excitement as the IIN community rallied together to further health coaching. We’re not just a school – we’re a movement!
Last year, Joshua Rosenthal created a wonderful new course designed to help Integrative Nutrition graduates write and publish their first books. With the expert instruction of Health Coach and best-selling author Lindsey Smith, the first two rounds of Launch Your Dream Book Course were a smashing success!
Over 200 graduates published their first books, and some were even number-one bestsellers on Amazon! We are inspired by these individuals who worked so hard to make their dreams a reality.
We’ll be sharing these books over the coming weeks to celebrate the authors and encourage other budding writers. You, too, can become a published author! First up: all the children’s and family books:
