Become Your Dream and Create a Ripple of Health and Happiness
It was 50 years ago in August that Martin Luther King, Jr., moved hundreds of thousands to action with his dream of making the world a better place.
And it was over 20 years ago that Integrative Nutrition started another movement with a dream of making the world a healthier, happier place.
How can a school do that?
Integrative Nutrition believes that people experience a powerful personal transformation by getting healthier. By using their knowledge to teach others how to be healthier and happier, they create a ripple effect that changes the world.
Thousands of graduates who have made their own personal transformation are now helping others get healthier and happier.
Lisa Fabrega, Class of 2010, inspires women to end their struggle with food and live their dreams. Carina Rockland, Class of 2012, took control of her health after being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and is now helping other Crohn’s sufferers. Michael DeSanti, Class of 2010, transformed his health and career and now helps clients improve their energy, digestive issues, and emotional eating.
And this is just some of what our amazing graduates are doing to further the wellness revolution.
We’re honoring the memory of Dr. King today by supporting charities that are aligned with our mission of spreading health and happiness to the world. We will donate $100 for each new student who enrolls today to one of three charities:
- ChildFund International: lifting children worldwide out of poverty
- Feeding America: fighting hunger among the poorest in the U.S.
- Get America Fit Foundation: battling childhood obesity by providing education and fitness equipment to under funded schools
If you’ve had a dream of transforming your own health and happiness, now’s the time to take action.
How would you make your mark to improve the health and happiness of the world?
