Work Out at Home During Quarantine with IIN Visiting Teacher Patricia Moreno

Movement Matters

Moving every day is beneficial for your mental, physical, and emotional health – from stress relief and muscle strength to toxin removal and weight maintenance. Exercise also lifts you mentally by boosting your mood and decreasing your risk for mood disorders, including anxiety and depression.

At the beginning of quarantine, you may have feltmotivated to keep up with your normal routine.
