What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I had been doing a lot of different things – as a recording artist, a Reiki Master Teacher, and developing Lover Raw Chocolate (aka Lover Organic Chocolate) recipes and LLC. I was making, packaging, delivering, demoing, etc., Lover myself, and I got to the point where I couldn't do it all anymore, so I was looking for solutions. Solutions kept slipping through my fingers, and I needed a breakthrough!

How did your life change after enrolling?
I would say that in the first few months, there was a lot of internal change as the wealth of information gushed forth, and then I started noticing physical changes happening in my life, in all areas. Particularly in my relationships and career, things shifted on very deep levels. I can't really put my finger on it, but it was a powerful shift, and by the time I graduated, my life was different than when I started. I felt different internally even when presented with the same stressful situations; my response to everything had changed. I really wasn't expecting this deep self-healing to happen during IIN. And on the very day of graduation (which was also my birthday!), I received investment to scale up my company, Lover. The timing was curious!

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I quit my job at an investment bank in 2010, since it did not make me happy from within. I studied French for five years, and all the opportunities were in the corporate field and teaching at schools. I also started writing motivational poetry on Instagram at @khichdi_in_shampagne, which made me realize that I was able to make an impact in people’s lives with my words. I would get messages that touched my heart, and somehow by writing, I discovered more of myself and the impact I could make.

This course has been absolutely a game-changing, life-changing experience to say the least. First, it gave me my purpose, at the age of 33. When I was struggling with my own health issues, this course started giving me a different perspective of who I am and what I can be. Second, it made me realize that I don't need to be perfect to help someone heal. That was so powerful. And yet this role makes me feel so responsible. Third, I remember how I used to be obsessed with perfection. But learning that it was more about progress than perfection just made my life so much easier. Fourth, I stopped judging myself and others. And that almost liberated me. And last but not least, the immense knowledge I received completely blew my mind away.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I was working in a software company a few years ago until I started my family and became a homemaker.

How did your life change after enrolling?
I learned new approaches and techniques on how to handle clients and design a unique program for my clients. People are liking my program a lot.

I have started health coaching, and I’m trying to create more awareness of my health coaching program through good references and word of mouth. Until now, I've helped people with disorders, losing weight, gaining confidence, and improving their energy. Helping people with disorders is my main focus as of now, but I will move on to other areas, like school health programs and corporate. Right now, I’m working with individual clients.

I’m also working as a freelancing consultant for a nutrition company. I’m writing meal plans for their book to be published, reviewing health articles, and identifying alkalinity of food items.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I work at a large international bank, 46 years now. I started a wellness journey in February 2016, and since losing 50 pounds and reversing my physical decline, I began sharing my way with the world. I am 64 years old and looking at retirement. My plan to change my current part-time coaching into a full-time next profession has evolved because of what I was able to accomplish.

How did your life change after enrolling?
Since enrolling and graduating, I feel more confident and have gained a balanced way of operating that will serve my desire to share and help friends, family, and clients. I have a new network of wonderful friends who took this journey with me, where we are supportive of each other and provide beneficial input and feedback when needed. I love this new circle of like-minded individuals.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I was working as an office manager and a learning and development HR associate in an environmental foundation. I was their go-to person when it came to health and well-being at the office.

How did your life change after enrolling?
Finding my higher purpose is the biggest change in my life. Module after module, I knew I was on the right path. I have never felt so empowered and grounded.

Believe it or not, my relationship with my parents has also changed thanks to IIN. After we had a couple of lectures on constitution vs. condition, I wanted to know more about the way I was conceived, how my mother’s pregnancy with me went, their relationship at the time, how I was welcomed into this world, and the first years of my life. It has allowed me to understand a lot of patterns in my own personality and behavior, and it also brought me closer to them as I feel I know them better now.

I've developed an amazing morning routine, which has totally changed the way I approach the day.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I am a clinical and consulting pharmacist (Doctor of Pharmacy/PharmD) in the Birmingham area. I am also a master trainer and fitness instructor for a boutique fitness studio.

How did your life change after enrolling?
The first change was that my husband allowed me to be his Health Coach! After getting some blood cholesterol lab values back, we realized he needed to make some changes to his routine. By applying the skills that I learned at IIN, he was able to lose over 30 pounds (and has kept it off for six months!) and feels like he is the most authentic version of himself. I was also honored to partner with a local outreach to provide a wellness/yoga seminar to staff members who so selflessly give of their talents to the betterment of our community. I look forward to similar outreach events and partnerships in our community.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
MamaBearPowering, writing a cookbook for people with severe food allergies (after becoming allergic to the world with the pregnancy and subsequent death of our daughter), and uploading videos on my Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages and my website to help inspire people to be their best self, despite what life throws at them.

How did your life change after enrolling?
I became a student for the first time in three decades, for one, and after getting the hang of it, it really was a fun ride. I am so glad I took this course because I can now help so many more people with the information I received at IIN.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I was working in HR for an IT company, managing their employee wellness program and supporting their leadership development. The accelerated program at IIN over the past eight months helped with my transition from 32 years in the corporate environment to start my own business, Nutri laVie.

How did your life change after enrolling?
My life changed in a very positive way. It has been a huge change. I became a happy, healthier person!! I have started a company called Nutri laVie, and I am the CZO (Chief Zest Officer) and Health Coach. I am also making and selling kombucha, both plain and rooibos. The benefit of rooibos, of course, is it’s caffeine-free. My focus is on gut health and helping people with the symptoms of dysbiosis. I hope to be registered as an affiliate with an employee wellness company to support their corporates. I also need to investigate getting my master’s!
