What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I am a veteran Indian naval officer, published author of two parenting books, life coach, nutritionist, motivational speaker, marathoner, and Ironman Triathlete.
How did your life change after enrolling?
IIN gave me the confidence to become a self-healer. I've experienced extensive inner growth. I've gained phenomenal self-belief to be able to help others heal holistically and be healthier and happier.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I have a dynamic background with years of experience and advanced training in biology, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, meditation, nutrition, birth and labor support, breathing techniques, and feng shui. I was also teaching yoga at a studio in Boulder, Colorado.
How did your life change after enrolling?
My life ramped up with a vast wealth of information surrounding health and wellness that I now use regularly to help others find balance with their career, physical activity, spirituality, and nutrition.

Working full-time at two different hospitals. Mom of two.
How did your life change after enrolling?
Everything changed – my health, my family’s health, my lifestyle. I am working now to build my own business and only work part-time at the hospital.

Working on an airline and leading a department. Managing people and helping them get the best of themselves, considering their wellness has a major impact on their happiness and performance.
How did your life change after enrolling?
I understand the power of healing and how primary and secondary food impact our health. I improved my own health. I am looking forward to applying this knowledge and these coaching skills to new clients.
