What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
My wellness journey started over a decade ago, when I decided to change my career path from law to the more unknown world of holistic wellness. I’m a Hong Kong‒ and Macau-based certified holistic wellness consultant and nutrition coach, a certified yoga instructor, a raw vegan chef and an author with passion and enthusiasm for living a healthy, slow, sustainable and holistic lifestyle. I also opened and operate Macau’s first cold-pressed juicery, Sattva Juicery and Kitchen.
How did your life change after enrolling?
What a life-changing journey it has been with IIN! Not only have I expanded my knowledge and applied it all to my own life, but I’m also much better equipped to expand my business and better cater to my clients, helping to educate and encourage others to live more consciously. It feels so right to be here!

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I worked in the food field, and I learned a bit of coaching voluntarily and by reading books. I also learned from my mother, who’s an IIN graduate.
How did your life change after enrolling?
It’s changed me on a personal and professional level ‒ but above all, to be able to know myself and tackle every aspect of my Circle of Life.
