What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
For the past 20 years, I was a regional director for satellite companies worldwide. My experience gave me a deep understanding of the heavy demands placed on professional executives and the toll that it can take on individuals while trying to keep their life in balance.
How did your life change after enrolling?
I quit my previous career and embraced a full-time job as a Health Coach, starting my own business called Balanced Rebel to help busy individuals to reclaim their lives! I help guide them through challenges they may face in life and on their health journeys, offering the tools to unlock their greatest potential for optimal health and lifestyle equilibrium. I believe everyone is unique ‒ therefore, the solutions to life challenges should be custom as well.
A synchronicity of events led me to IIN, and I could not be more thankful to be able to align my new career with my values. The more I learned at IIN, the more aware I became that this was my path ‒ and as I continue to learn about health coaching, the more I love my new mandate in life!
Simultaneously, I launched the Balanced Rebel brand and wrote my free ebook. And I’ve been selected by Entrepreneurs Herald as one of top 30 coaches to look out for in 2022! I’ve also started doing some workshops, within the local community in El Gouna, Egypt, at Beach Monkeyz as well as at Soho House Barcelona, to promote health and well-being.
Some people go through a midlife crisis ‒ I’m grateful I had a midlife opportunity to reinvent myself and finally live according to my values and life priorities and, at the same time, be happier and healthier! And now, after graduating from IIN, I´m ready to be part of the health revolution!

I was working as a physiotherapist and had an at-home job as well.
How did your life change after enrolling?
IIN gave me the tools to live out a purpose-driven career. I changed everything I needed to change in my life and got the personal experience to help others on the same path.
