What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I am a wellness journalist who produces and hosts my own television show called “Lifestyles with Candy Nicholas.” It is a show about health and wellness and “living well” in general.
How did your life change after enrolling?
IIN offers such a comprehensive program that I am a better person in all areas of my life. The focus on taking care of our primary food was crucial to me understanding my own lingering challenges.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I played Division I field hockey and women’s basketball at Ohio University, where I graduated with a degree in exercise physiology. Since, I’ve been personal training, nutrition advising, and exploring holistic health.
How did your life change after enrolling?
I came to IIN for nutrition and left confident to start my own company. I wasn’t drawn in for professional development, but the business lectures and tools set me up to succeed, and I was encouraged to go for it. I’m starting my own holistic health company for both integrative nutrition and personal training, and I now design and build gardens, educating people to grow their own organic food and live sustainably and clean.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
Before enrolling at Integrative Nutrition, I was studying on my own about the impact of stress and food and keeping up with my practice as a psychologist and diabetes educator.
How did your life change after enrolling?
My life changed instantly. At first, I was full of doubt, but the impact most sessions had on my personal life led to not one but many discoveries. I feel now in control of my life and health.
