What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

Prior to enrolling at IIN, I was working as a part-time physical therapist and had an online health and fitness platform for brides-to-be to get in shape for their weddings. About two years ago and seemingly out of nowhere, I started to experience extreme GI pain and discomfort. I went to several doctors, who put me on several medications and were recommending surgical procedures. This approach didn’t resonate with me at all! So I decided to embark on my own holistic healing plan ‒ and lo and behold, my symptoms were reduced dramatically!

Right after this, I joined IIN ‒ and within the first two weeks, I learned something that’ll stick with me forever. My body has the ability to heal itself, given half the chance. Since I’m a bio-individual, healing takes time, and this process will look different for everyone. It confirmed what I was already thinking. IIN and I were in complete alignment.

I was considering enrolling in the IIN program for almost a year before I actually decided to do it. My only regret is that I wish I’d done it sooner!

How did your life change after enrolling?

Just two weeks in, I knew this program would impact my life forever. I felt free ‒ free from the trap of our sick-care system. I wanted nothing more than to inspire other people to learn this truth, too!

From there, the program just got better and better. I received so many gems and gained perspective from so many leaders in our industry. It helped me to develop as a Health Coach and identify areas I’m passionate about. Not only that, but the community is amazing! I’d found my people!

And I felt like I started to truly embody being a holistic Health Coach. My personal brand evolved, and I felt more aligned and confident. I’m now working with clients one-on-one, and I cocreated the Holistic Goddess Collective, a community for women to grow, heal, connect and holistically activate their inner goddess. It’s a safe, high-vibrational space for women to be authentic and to motivate and inspire one another, no matter where they are on their wellness journey.

I'm so grateful for all I’ve learned at IIN. It’s inspired me to share my knowledge in creative and fun ways. Not only did IIN provide me with the support and knowledge, but the program also motivated me to take action. The Coaching Circles challenged me to grow, and I’m really excited to continue to see how my personal and professional journeys unfold.
