Join Sheri Vettel, IIN’s Senior Manager of Health & Nutrition, for a calming 45-minute movement and breathwork session designed to help you tune in, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Through gentle yoga and easeful breathing, you’ll relax your nervous system and restore a grounded sense of presence.
