Meet your guide: Mona Silbert
IIN Visiting Faculty | Nervous System Regulation & Burnout Recovery Specialist
Mona Silbert is a Life & Wellness Coach with over a decade of experience helping people reconnect with clarity, calm, courage, and connection. Certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and the Chopra Center for Integrative Life & Wellness Coaching, she combines neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and holistic health to guide clients toward self-awareness and purposeful living.
She is also the author of Time to Shine, mi amor, a transformational book on emotional identity and the journey back to self-love. Through her 1:1 coaching sessions, Mona helps people organize their thoughts, understand their emotions, and reconnect with their inner wisdom, creating the clarity they need to move forward with confidence and peace.
Outside her work, Mona finds balance in the ocean, surfing is one of her favorite forms of meditation, and joy in the simple things, like playing with her dogs or sharing good French fries after a long day.
