“John Douillard is my hero! His lectures really inspired me and I've since done further research into Ayurveda (and bought all his books!). I feel a deep connection to Ayurveda as it has brought me more in tune with myself and nature. I have incorporated some of the practices into my own life and also my coaching for this reason.”
“Dr. John Douillard really spoke to me when he discussed Ayurveda. I had never understood the principals and find they are applicable to all clients and easy to integrate into my practice. I would say I probably follow a more Ayurvedic approach to wellness now more than any other wellness science or philosophy.”
