How to Heal Your Relationship with Food [Video]

Almost every woman has struggled with body image at some point in her life, but for some people, dieting can become a serious and destructive battle.

For Integrative Nutrition visiting teacher Geneen Roth, emotional eating had reached a point she describes as “live or die.” After going from anorexic to her heaviest weight ever in just two months, she reached a breaking point – both physically and spiritually.

Roth embarked on a journey of healing that led her to become a pioneer in the field emotional eating. Now the bestselling author of Women Food and God, When Food is Love, and Breaking Free from Emotional Eating, Roth is a true inspiration to us all.
