What we love about this book:

It’s more than just food: The Caltons educate their readers on the effects that lifestyle factors have on micronutrient deficiency. They give specific recommendations on how you can overcome stress eating, decrease your toxic load, increase your exercise, and find more balance overall in your life. This resonates with us, as it’s similar to our concept of primary food, one of our main tenets here at Integrative Nutrition.
