What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

Prior to enrolling at IIN, I was the full-time caretaker for my sweet mom, who had dementia.

How did your life change after enrolling?

I volunteer as a health and fitness coach at a safe house for girls who have been rescued out of sex trafficking. Everything I learned through IIN has impacted these survivors in tremendous ways, which impacts me!

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

Being mum to three teens, running a food relief charity, making nutritious meals for families in crisis, and working at a school with students, making meals for families at a Children's Disability Centre.

How did your life change after enrolling?

We began just as COVID set in across the globe. This course grounded me while all around me the world felt crazy. It helped me grow as a person and realize my life purpose.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition? 
I was in the fashion industry but never felt it was my thing. I was not feeling fulfilled at all, and I didn´t like the environment and the superficiality. I felt in my gut that it was not for me anymore.

How did your life change after enrolling?

I gained purpose, calmness, spirituality, and self-love. I practiced forgiveness. I recovered my joy. I quit sugar. I felt my neurochemistry change. I learned I’m a highly sensitive person, and it was priceless. I now inspire others.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

Traveling in Southeast Asia for seven months.

How did your life change after enrolling?   

IIN gave me the impetus I needed to start my own online business. In my sessions, I support women to live fuller, happier, and healthier lives, work on their self-love, and empower themselves.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I used to own a hostel with my family. I loved it. But due to the COVID pandemic, we had to close. I was devastated. IIN gave me new purpose, and I cannot be more grateful for this.

How did your life change after enrolling?
It gave purpose to my quarantine as I lost my job. It made me realize I could make a living being of service to others (as a yoga teacher and Health Coach), and it motivated me to work for it.
