In this course, you'll learn how to develop greater self-awareness of your food-related behaviors and beliefs while applying IIN's unique mindful eating framework and tools to develop a more balanced and peaceful relationship with food.

How long is this course?

The Mindful Eating Course has 11 modules, plus an Orientation, Fundamentals, and Bonus Business modules. The course takes approximately four months to complete when factoring in test and holiday break weeks.

Will this course be graded?

The course is graded on a pass/fail basis. Upon successful completion of the course (70% or higher on the final test), you will receive a certificate of completion.


What do I get when I complete this course?

At the end of the program, you’ll receive a digital certificate of completion and digital badge to publicly showcase your education. Because the course does not alter your scope of practice, your title won’t change. All information provided in this course is for educational purposes only and to help Health Coaches work effectively alongside doctors and other healthcare practitioners.
