Video: Pick Up Healthy Habits In The New Year With Christa Orecchio

When she’s not sharing nutrition advice as a featured expert on Fox 5 San Diego, Christa Orecchio is working one-on-one to help people get their lives back on track. “I have found my life’s work,” Christa says, a 2005 grad and founder of TheWholeJourney.com, a holistic health and wellness practice. She offers clients a wide variety of services to choose from, and her packages are specially tailored to everyone ranging from newly married couples, cancer patients, and expectant moms alike.

In this video, Christa shares some of her dos and don’ts when it comes to nutrition. You’ll also get a sneak peek into some of the amazing recipes in her upcoming cookbook to try this year! (Did we hear açaí chocolate sauce?)
