When she’s not sharing nutrition advice as a featured expert on Fox 5 San Diego, Christa Orecchio is working one-on-one to help people get their lives back on track. “I have found my life’s work,” Christa says, a 2005 grad and founder of TheWholeJourney.com, a holistic health and wellness practice. She offers clients a wide variety of services to choose from, and her packages are specially tailored to everyone ranging from newly married couples, cancer patients, and expectant moms alike.
